Tragedy on the Road: Three Killed in Head-On Collision in Belagavi District
Belagavi, Karnataka: Three individuals lost their lives tragically in a head-on collision between two cars on Thursday, February 23rd, near Kurabagatti village in Yaragatti taluk of Belgaum district.
The deceased have been identified as Muttu Nayak (8 years old) and Gopal Nayak (45 years old) from Patagundi village in Moodalagi taluk, and Annapurna Shirol (53 years old) from Dharwad. Two others involved in the accident sustained injuries and are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
According to reports, the accident occurred when two cars traveling in opposite directions collided head-on near Kurabagatti. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the Murugod police, who have visited the scene and registered a case.
